Instagram keeps a list of the posts and Reels you’ve liked. Go to your profile, tap the menu (three lines), open Your activity and then Likes. Filter the list to Reels, or to Posts for the photos and carousels you liked. Only your 300 most recent likes are shown (Instagram Help), so older ones may be missing.
See your liked Reels and posts in the app
- Go to your profile and tap the menu (three lines) at the top right.
- Tap Your activity.
- Under Interactions, tap Likes.
- Tap All content types, keep only Reels (or only Posts) selected and tap Apply (Vaizle).
The steps are the same on iPhone and Android. Some versions of the app don’t show the content type filter yet. In that case, Reels are mixed in with the photos and carousels you liked.
Sort, pick dates and unlike
- Sort: choose Newest to oldest or Oldest to newest.
- Dates: All dates lets you pick the past week, month or year, or a custom range.
- Unlike several at once: tap Select, tick the Reels and tap Unlike, then confirm (Vaizle).
On a computer
Guides disagree on whether instagram.com shows your likes. Some describe More, Your activity, Interactions, Likes in the browser (AirDroid), others say it only works in the app. If you don’t see it, use your phone.
Who can see the Reels you liked?
There’s no public list of your likes on your profile, but the person who posted a Reel can see that you liked it. Since August 2025, the Friends tab in Reels also shows your friends the public Reels you’ve liked or commented on, and Instagram added a way to hide your own likes and comments there (Meta). The switch is Activity in Friends tab in your settings (The Tab).
Liked, saved and watched are three different lists
- Liked: your Likes list, up to your 300 most recent likes.
- Saved: private, under Saved in your profile menu. See how to see saved Reels on Instagram.
- Watched: since October 2025, Watch history in Your activity shows the Reels you watched in the last 30 days (9to5Mac).
If you want to keep a Reel for good, save it or add it to a collection. A like drops out of the list once you’ve liked 300 newer things.

Yes. In Likes, tap Select, choose the Reels and tap Unlike.
