We offer a full money-back guarantee for all services made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the service in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Refill guarantee: start count and end count

Many of our services come with a refill guarantee for a set period. The period of each service is on its page and in your order emails. For followers and likes, the guarantee works with two numbers:

• Start count: your followers, or the likes on the post, when your order starts.
• End count: the start count plus the amount you ordered.

The refill guarantee covers drops below the end count. If your count falls below the end count during the refill period, we bring it back up to the end count at no cost.

The end count is the only measure. Followers or likes you gain after your order, from your own posts, another order or anywhere else, are part of your current count. If your current count is at or above the end count, there is nothing to refill, even if some of the followers or likes we delivered have left.

We refill drops from your order as long as the count stays at or above the start count. If it falls below the start count, followers or likes you had before the order were lost as well, and we cannot refill those.

Refills are handled only this way. Most refills run automatically. If you still see a drop, contact us with your order number.
