- We do not sell your personal information.
- Offer emails are optional, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.
Who we are
Boost Social Media runs boost-social-media.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the site, use our free tools or free trials, contact us or place an order. If anything here is unclear, write to us at support@boost-social-media.com.
Information we collect
- When you order: your email address, the public username or the links of the profile, posts or videos you choose, the services, quantities and prices, and your name if you enter it at checkout. We never ask for passwords, and we do not need access to your account.
- When you pay: you enter your card in our payment provider’s secure fields, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. We receive the result of the payment, not your full card number.
- When you start an order and do not finish it: the details from the first step (your email address, the username, the service and the quantity), so you can come back to your order and so we can see where orders get stuck.
- When you claim a free trial: your name and email address, the username or link, the confirmation code we email you, a partly hidden copy of your IP address and one-way codes (hashes) of your IP address and browser. We use them to keep free trials to one per person.
- When you contact us: what you send in the contact form (the topic, your name and email address, and if you add them, your order number and your WhatsApp or phone number), and the messages you send us by live chat, email or WhatsApp.
- When you use a free tool: the username or link you enter, which we use to look up public information. Results are kept for a few minutes so the tool answers faster.
- When you browse: technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, through cookies, our security tools and our analytics (see Cookies and analytics).
How we use your information
- To carry out your orders, including refills and refunds.
- To send you emails about your order: when we receive it, when it starts and when it is complete.
- To answer your questions and support requests.
- To prevent fraud, payment abuse and repeated free trial claims, and to keep the site secure.
- To understand how the site is used and to make it faster and easier to use.
- To send you offers, as described in Emails and offers.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
If you are in the EU or the UK, these are our legal bases: we use order details to carry out our agreement with you; we use data for security, fraud prevention and analytics because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe site that works well; we send offers with your consent or, if you ordered or started an order with us, because of our legitimate interest in telling you about similar services; and we keep some records because the law requires it.
Emails and offers
Order emails are part of the service, and we send them for every order. Offer emails are optional:
- We send them when the box for promotions and discounts is ticked in the order step, or when you agree to offers as you claim a free trial.
- If you start an order with that box ticked and do not finish it, we may remind you about it.
- We may also send occasional offers to people who ordered from us, or whose payment did not go through.
- Every offer email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. You can also ask us by email.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver orders, honor refill guarantees and refunds, handle disputes and meet tax and accounting rules. Details of unfinished orders, free trial checks and messages are kept only as long as they are useful for the purposes in this policy. Our own visitor and speed logs are deleted after 2 to 30 days.
How we protect it
The whole site uses HTTPS. Card details are entered in our payment provider’s secure fields, so your full card number never reaches our servers. No website can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR in the EU, the UK GDPR in the UK or the CCPA in California, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete it, unless we have to keep it, for example for tax records or an open dispute.
- Limit how we use it, or stop a use you object to, including offers.
- Send it to you or to another company in a common format.
You can also withdraw any consent you gave, for example to offer emails, at any time. To make a request, email support@boost-social-media.com from the address you used with us. We answer within one month, and we do not charge for it. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Our services are for adults: you must be 18 or older to order (see our Terms of Service). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
