Instagram Money Calculator
Enter a public Instagram username to estimate the typical sponsored post rate for its follower size, with the account’s visible engagement shown beside it.
Up to 5 checks per tool, per 24 hours from the same IP address. Refreshing a result counts as another check.
A rate range, with the numbers that move it
Brands usually start from audience size and then look at how many people respond. The calculator places the account in its follower tier and shows the visible response next to the typical rate for that tier.
Rate for the follower tier
Typical sponsored post rates by follower count, from Influencer Marketing Hub’s 2026 Instagram rate guide.
Visible engagement beside it
Average likes, average comments, and the public engagement rate from recent posts.
Clear limits
Reach, saves, and audience location are private to the account owner, so they are not part of the estimate.
Estimate an Instagram post rate in three steps
Use it to prepare a first quote, or to check whether a brand offer is in a normal range.
Enter the public username
The tool reads followers and the likes and comments of recent public posts.
Read the tier and the range
See which follower tier the account is in and the typical rate for a sponsored post in that tier.
Use engagement to position the price
Strong engagement supports the upper part of the range; weak engagement argues for the lower part.
What else changes an Instagram rate
Follower count sets the starting point. These factors usually decide where in the range a deal lands.
Format
A Reel, a carousel, and a Story take different effort and reach, and are often priced differently.
Usage rights
A brand that wants to reuse the content in its own ads usually pays more for that right.
Niche and audience
Audiences that brands find hard to reach, or that buy more, tend to earn higher rates.
About this free tool
How much do Instagram influencers charge per post?
Influencer Marketing Hub’s 2026 guide lists about $10 to $100 below 10,000 followers, $100 to $500 up to 100,000, $500 to $5,000 up to 500,000, $5,000 to $10,000 up to 1 million, and $10,000 or more above that.
Does Instagram pay creators for views?
Instagram’s own bonus programs change often and are not available to every account, so this calculator estimates brand deals only.
Is the estimate accurate for my account?
It is a typical range for accounts of a similar size. Your niche, audience, engagement, and the deal terms decide the real price.
Why is engagement shown?
Brands look at how many people respond, not only at follower count. The public like and comment rate helps you place your price inside the range.
Do I need to log in?
No. The tool reads public profile and post numbers. Private accounts cannot be estimated.
Can I estimate Reels and Stories separately?
The published tiers are per post. Use them as a base and adjust for the format and the work involved.
