Yes. Paste the Reel link. When the account is public and a supported video file is available, the download is offered.
Do I need the username?
No. The link is enough: the tool reads the account name from the post itself and shows it in the result so you can confirm it.
Can I download a private Reel?
No. Private and restricted content is unavailable.
Can I save an older post?
Usually yes. The lookup works from the link, not from a list of recent posts, so an older public post can be found as long as it is still online.
Does this remove watermarks or change the file?
No. The tool offers the video file supplied by the public data source without claiming a different quality or removing marks.
Do I need an Instagram password?
